Why we're different

As working mothers looking for nursery care for our own small children, we quickly became aware of the need for a new approach.

We wanted to be sure our children were safe, of course. But, we wanted more than that. We also needed to know our children were being cared for in a stable, secure and loving environment - a real home-from-home.We wanted them to be stimulated to learn at their own pace in a cheerful, caring atmosphere. And we needed all this to be available at times to suit us, not the other way round.

When we couldn't find what we wanted, we decided to create our own version, drawing on the very best techniques we'd found during our research.

The result is Little Monkeys - a new nursery for a new generation.

Sensible working hours

We open between 7am and 7pm each weekday. So you don't have to feel guilty about eating into your working day as you drop off and pick up your child.

Good Food...and other essentials

Our cook is dedicated to concocting healthy, balanced meals and we are happy to take special dietary and religous requirements into consideration. We also provide all nappies, wipes and creams - so you don't have to worry about these as you rush off to work!

Hairdressing

A dental hygienist makes regular visits to check on your child's oral health, and we can also arrange haircuts to make your life easier.

Tracking progress

We put together a daily report on each child which covers their progress, eating habits, stimulus and sleep patterns.
